Jennie cancelled in the morning for an emergency about 30 minutes prior to our meeting (didn't see it until 15 minutes of waiting since she communicated by the app but I provided my phone number).   We then rescheduled for late afternoon and waited again, this time we had to contact her to find out that she was not coming after waiting 20 minutes after the time she was scheduled to show.  We understand that emergencies come up but this wasted a good amount of our day due to poor communication.  

I hired Jennie to clean my home. I had hoped for it to be a regular cleaning as she did a great job with the cleaning. However on three separate occasions she did not show up.  No call to tell me in advance either-I would message her to confirm she was on her way as she was later than the schedule time, and she would have some excuse about why she couldn't make it.  Very frustrating.  Terrible communication and not dependable.  Giving two stars because she did return my keys when asked and when she came she did a good job cleaning. 

Jennie just cleaned for me for the first time, and I was amazed at how nice the house looked when I came home! It not only looked clean, but smelled clean. Her attention to detail is great, everything was spotless! I will be using Jennie from now on :-)
