About Jenna

I would describe myself as calm, positive, and deeply supportive. I truly believe our elders should be cherished and respected. I find great meaning in learning about their lives through their memories. I strive to include my clients in daily tasks whenever possible, helping create purpose, dignity, and a sense of connectedness each day. I have 20 years of experience as a personal care attendant for individuals with disabilities and 3 years of in-home care for two elderly clients with severe dementia and significant physical needs performing duties similar to a CNA. My strengths include patient listening, reassuring communication, and attentiveness to nonverbal cues. I work hard to ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected. I'm diligent with record keeping, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have completed the "Friends of Dementia" training course twice in recent years.
