About Jenna

I have been babysitting from the time I was 12ish years old. I have experience caring for children of all ages including infants. I have a daughter who is 15, so I not only have experience caring for others' children, but I also have experience with my own child. I have a B. S. in Early Childhood Development & Education & I am a Reading Specialist (M. Ed. in Reading). I have years of classroom experience, but I am not currently teaching. During college I spent my summers babysitting, giving moms a set day or two a week so they could get out, get errands done or just spend a day doing things for themselves. In my late teens/20s I did a lot of overnight babysitting when different couples I babysat for went on vacation & left their children in my care. I also went on vacation w/some families during that time period. I have also pet sat and house sat for many families. I babysit because I love children! I also love pets (dogs + cats). I prefer to be paid in cash.
