About Jenna

It's my pleasure to help students unlock their potential. With five years of experience working with kids from private tutoring, teaching middle school, and substitute teaching, I provide personalized support to elementary and middle school students in subjects like math, English, science, history, and art. I adapt my teaching to each student's unique learning style, actively listening and varying my methods to find what works best. I keep students engaged by connecting challenging topics to their interests, celebrating successes, and breaking down complex problems. Open communication with students and parents is essential to me. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I have a college degree, a car, and I'm comfortable tutoring at various locations. I'm CPR and First Aid trained. I build strong relationships to make learning enjoyable.
