I Never got to Have Jenna to watch my kids, I had some news that changed the schedule for me and my family. I did however contact her and had several conversations about watching my kids. She was always responsive and inquired about unknowns about my kids. If she was unable to answer phone calls she always called back in a timely manner. THIS IS A MUST HIRE/ RELIABLE PERSON THAT IS KIND AND UNDERSTANDING
