I have 5 years of experience helping with Behaviors - Applied Behavior Analysis. I have worked as a Para educator teaching students with developmental disabilities to find strategies to be able to create a bridge from one way of interacting to another way of thinking. I am also currently a CNA. I assist in life skills and provide companionship and supervision. I like to make my families feel comfortable in their own homes by sticking as close to set schedules as possible. I also assist with medication administration and documentation.
