I'm an experienced nanny looking for full or part time! I love working with young children and helping parents raise the brightest, kindest children they can. I'm happy to take on household tasks or otherwise assist the household in any way I can. I started working with kids when I was 15; I have 10 years of babysitting experience and 4 years of experience as a nanny. As a nanny, I'd describe my personality as compassionate, friendly, and adaptable. I like working with kids because it is such a joy to help their little minds develop. I love helping them develop their interests, skills, and confidence in themselves! I'm looking for a job that will communicate expectations clearly and help me be the best nanny I can be. I'm happy to adapt to work with families and meet their needs. My skills include patience, strong communication, and conflict resolution/positive behavior management.
