Hello! My name is Jenna and I am currently an Elementary Special Education Teacher for Johnston County Public Schools. I have my teaching license in the areas of Elementary Education, both General Curriculum and Adapted Curriculum Special Education K-12, and a Reading Specialist Certificate. I am finishing my 3rd year of teaching and have been a summer nanny and camp counselor in previous years. I am used to high energy kids and meltdowns galore. As I am special education teacher for children with severe disabilities, I am able to care for children, both with and without disabilities, or any combination of the two. I am also used to homes with multiple children along with pets, so pets are no problem. I am used to doing household-type chores, so don't hesitate to ask. I have reliable transportation and am open to trips to the library, playground, splash pad, etc. I love playing, doing arts and crafts, and reading books with children!
