About Jenna

I am a 35-year-old former elementary education teacher who left a customer service position this summer to find a way back to working with children, my true passion. While being in a traditional classroom setting was not the right path for me, I gained a wealth of knowledge about child development, learning styles, & engagement. For the past 8 years, I worked for the same company and was able to explore different roles, including managerial ones. In the past I nannied for an 18-month-old during the summer months (Mon-Fri, 12 hours a day) & another family for a year (Mon-Fri, 9 hours a day, 9 month & 4-year-old). I also have years of experience babysitting children of all ages & would happily provide references. I just accepted a position with a family 2-3 days a week & would like to find a supplemental job for at least 1 additional day. My Fridays are completely open and other days off would vary weekly, but I know my schedule through Jan. Eager to find another great fit!
