About eight years ago I worked at DDI in Smithtown. It's a residential living/school for children/adults with autism. I absolutely LOVED this job, and I learned something new from them every day. These children/adults were the most amazing, inspirational, bright people I had ever met. I know the basics of autism but there's always room for more education on it. I was also most recently employed with SCO Family of Services. With this company I am SCIP, AMAP, FIRST AID/CPR Certified.
