I've been a pet sitter for my friends and coworkers in the past, sometimes even staying in their homes overnight or for days at a time to care for their furry friends. I have the most experience with dogs and cats. I do own a dog of my own (a longhair dachshund named Winston) but he will not be present as I care for your pets. I've pet sat 3 cats at a time, for up to a week at a time. I have watched these kitties at least a few times per year, for the last 2 years. I've also pet sat for a family that had a dog and a cat. In this family, the dog did have medications to take regularly, which I was able to get her to eat! One more family I pet sat for had an elderly cat, who had low vision, trouble hearing, and regularly took medications. I was able to provide her a lot of comfort and love while I cared for her, for about a weeks time.
