With over 8 years of experience dedicated to childcare and child development from first day of life to 6 years old, creating an environment of confidence, happiness, trust warmth, and security to children and parents since their very first days of life. Throughout my career, I've worked as a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), providing specialized overnight support for newborns and their parents focusing on sleep routines, feeding (breastfeed and formula), and helping families adjust during those early months. I am CPR/BLS certified. My background also includes experience with the Montessori approach to child development, respecting each child's individual pace, encouraging independence, and creating prepared environments for natural exploration and learning. I bring together technical skill, sensitivity, and hands-on experience to offer individualized care that's attentive to the unique needs of each family and child.
