About Jeniel

Hi, my name is Jeniel (Jen for short). I have several years of experience in caregiving, both in residential care facilities and private home settings. I previously worked as an acting administrator and lead manager in a care facility, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on care. I've also worked with home care agencies and private families, gaining experience in elderly care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, hospice support, and assisting individuals with developmental disabilities. Over the years, I've built meaningful relationships with my clients and their families, many of whom have become like family to me. I believe caregiving is more than assisting with daily needs. It's about providing comfort, companionship, patience, and treating every individual with dignity and respect.
