About Jeniel

Hi, my name is Jeniel (Jen for short). I have several years of experience in caregiving and healthcare, both in facilities and private home care. I previously worked as an acting administrator and lead manager in a care home facility, where I balanced leadership responsibilities with direct, hands-on care. I've also worked with different agencies, which gave me exposure to a wide range of clients and care environments. In addition to facility work, I've provided private care to a Greek elder for a year and, for almost 3 years now, I've been a weekend caregiver for a Chinese elder who has become like family to me. I also worked as a private caregiver for a person with developmental disabilities, which taught me adaptability and the importance of individualized support. I value this field deeply because it allows me to provide compassionate, respectful care while building trust and meaningful connections with every client I support.
