As an RBT, I work closely with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through play, learning, and positive encouragement. I create a fun, supportive environment where children feel comfortable and successful while following individualized treatment plans and tracking progress. My experience has taught me how to be patient, creative, and adaptable, and I genuinely enjoy building strong connections with the children and families I support.
