My teaching philosophy centers around creating an inclusive, structured, and supportive environment where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. I believe in the power of individualized instruction, visual supports, sensory regulation strategies, and strong collaboration with families and related service providers. Throughout my career, I've developed and implemented IEPs, adapted curriculum, managed classroom behavior plans, and worked closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and counselors to provide holistic support for each child. I am especially passionate about fostering independence, communication, and social-emotional growth in my students. I pride myself on building strong relationships with both students and their families and am committed to being a consistent advocate for their success.
