I think my review would carry a lot of weight because she was part of our family for 3 years. That is a long time to have consistent child care. She joined us when my first was just 5 months old. After maternity leave, we put him in daycare. We are lucky with grandparents that were willing to help but they were still a bit far away. He got very sick at daycare, and we were kind of stuck because we just did not feel comfortable sending him back. We interviewed 8 nannies but we compared everyone else's interview to hers and to this day we say "she was our godsend." She is nurturing to our children (now there are 2) and we learned from her the secret tricks of how to raise kids. We often went to her for her advice and that is the one everyone would have to follow. She is hands-on with the kids and creative with craft projects that is appropriate per each age. She is beyond accommodating with our scheduling requests. Bottom line, we are lucky to know her!
