As a caretaker with four years of experience, I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and grow. My passion for childcare stems from my own positive experiences as a babysitter and my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. My patient and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and build trusting relationships with both children and their families. I believe in open and regular communication with parents and am always willing to discuss their child's day or address any issues that may arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it be verbal updates at pickup, regular text messages, or phone calls. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care. I love playing games with children, both educational and recreational.
