About Jenel

Hello everyone, I am a patient and dedicated certificated Special Education teacher looking for occasional summer work! I have worked with children for 9+ years in various capacities from babysitting, nannying, as a behavior tech for autistic students, and now a certificated Special Education teacher. I have worked as a Special Education teacher for 5 1/2 years primarily with students who have moderate -severe cognitive disabilities including but not limited to Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Down Syndrome. Outside of my work as a SPED teacher, I have been a consistent care provider to my Niece ( 3 years) and Nephew (1 year) since they were both infants. I am currently seeking occasional date night or day work, but not more than 1-2x a week at maximum. I am also a pet parent to 1 dog and 2 cats and can happily provide support to your furry friends as well! Please reach out if you feel I may be a good fit to your family.
