Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the foundation of my teaching philosophy. With 24 years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in helping elementary students master Math, English, Writing, Social Studies, and Science. I am familar witn following Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), which allow me to provide tailored guidance for diverse learners. I am a Indiana ESA provider. To keep students engaged, I connect complex topics to their personal interests and celebrate every small success. I believe clear, consistent communication with families is essential to building a collaborative environment.
