About Jena

I am a caring and compassionate support professional with experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I have provided respite and direct support services for individuals with special needs, supporting daily living skills, community engagement, and emotional well-being. I also have experience as a nanny for a young child ages 1-2, where I prioritized safety, developmental play, and nurturing routines. Additionally, I have worked at a summer camp for children, creating inclusive, engaging, and fun environments that supported social growth and confidence. I currently continue my work with adults with disabilities, where I focus on building trusting relationships and meeting individuals where they are at. I strive to create environments that promote ease, comfort, and dignity, allowing people to feel supported, respected, and empowered.
