About Jena

Supporting children as they learn and grow has been my passion throughout my career. I have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, an undergraduate degree in Social Work, and six years of experience working with children and families. I'm a patient, nurturing, and creative caregiver who enjoys engaging children through play, crafts, games, and outdoor activities. My background has equipped me with skills in supporting communication, emotional regulation, positive behavior, and developmental growth. I especially enjoy working with children with special needs and partnering with parents to provide individualized, compassionate care. I value open communication and creating a safe environment where every child feels understood and loved. I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications and am happy to assist with light housekeeping and child-related activities. My goal is to give families peace of mind and become a trusted part of their support system!
