I enjoy helping to create a smooth household by assisting in chores, cooking, running errands - whatever is needed of my time. I enjoy both working with parents in the home (work/stay-at-home), and those out of the home during my time there.

She was able to blend seamlessly into our home and provide immediate support for several weeks while we got back on our feet. She took care of whatever we needed, and tended to things around the house that we wouldn't have even thought of.  She was also respectful and able to navigate what we needed for ourselves and our family with emotional maturity and calm.

She was able to integrate her vast knowledge of childcare approaches (she knows them all) into our preferences. 

She ensured a smooth transition to our new permanent nanny, including training, acclimation to our home, and general mentoring.

Even though Jen was from out of town, I am so grateful that we took a chance on hiring her last minute to look after our 4mo old when our original child care fell through.  She was just what I needed as a first time mom going back to work.  I knew that I could depend on her to make sure things were going smoothly and the baby was happy.  She is so much more then a child care provider, she helped keep everything neat and clean in the baby and kitchen areas, so we never had to worry about washing bottles late at night.  She also made sure I knew when I was low on supplies to make sure I would never run out.  She was always punctual and communicated through out the day to adjust to the babies changing needs.  She was great about helping the baby through different developmental stages, and I loved that she would take the baby on 1-2 hour walks for lots of outdoor time. What was supposed to be a two week job ended up turning into a 2 month job and we were really glad to have her that long.

We had Jen come watch our 2 kids (9mo & 3.5yo) for 2 business days when our regular childcare was unavailable.  What we got was so much more than just childcare for 2 days.  Jen was intentional in her play with our 9mo genuinely enjoyed playing with him and watching him figure things out on his own.  Our 3.5yo was timid at first but by the end of the 2nd day he was sad to see her leave.  She gave him space like he needed but also made sure he was included and got some 1 on 1 time with her.  Not only did she take great care of our children, she gave me great tips on certain challenges we were having with behavior and helped around the house during nap time without me asking.  When she left both days all dishes were clean & put away and the house was picked up.  Jen is a professional and I look forward to having her back to help as needed in the future!

We hired Jen to watch my cousin's infant during our wedding reception (my cousin lives in another state). Jen was flexible, was very thorough in her preparation and getting to know their family, and left very detailed notes at the end of the evening. Would definitely hire again.

Jen is absolutely AMAZING and has been such a gift for our family! We had an instant connection to her upon first meeting her and she has been fabulous with our little newborn baby. She is dependable, very knowledgeable, and has helped guide and direct us through sleep conditioning with our newborn during her overnights with us. With her guidance, he is thriving with a bedtime routine and schedule that we put him on. He's also been doing great with self soothing. All of these are things we desired to implement and Jen has the knowledge, experience, and skill to help us with this. I cannot say enough good things about her and her work!

Jen is amazing and truly a professional nanny.  She has been a great addition to our family, especially while trying to navigate childcare during the pandemic.  Jen can do it all and we can't say enough about her.

We interviewed Jen to provide full-time child care for our three boys (ages 3.5 and 4.5) while their preschool was closed for the COVID-19 pandemic. She is very professional, and our whole family got along great with her. We ultimately decided to put the boys in a daycare due to uncertainty regarding when or if their preschool would be opening back up, as having a long-term nanny isn't really in our budget. We absolutely would not hesitate to hire Jen in the future though if the daycare close down again or if we need care for any other reason.

Jen has been there for us several times and the choice to call her is always a no brainer. She is the consummate professional. She handles every situation with ease and our children are cared for by someone who genuinely loves children.  Her communication style with my 3 year old and 16MO is positive and nurturing.  She sets appropriate expectations and is consistent all while having fun with them.  She makes it easy and I am completely confident that my children are cared for, safe, having fun, and happy. What can I say? Jen is amazing, she really saved our family. I got diagnosed with an unexpected Heath issue, to add to the mix I also have a son who suffers from epilepsy and developmental delays. She took the time to learn about all his conditions and jumped right in to take care of him. She even drove me to the hospital and sat with me until they took me back. I don't know what caretaker would actually do this out of the kindness of their hearts; she even brought me lunch. I would highly recommend using her 
because you can't find a better person to come in to your home. She worked with us on pricing and went out of her way to make sure everyone was on the same page as far as caring for my son and handling me being gone and best of all 
My son who is 2 loved her!!

AMAZING! Jen has worked with our family since the fall of 2014. What can I say? She is perfect! If you are looking for a care giver that is a trustworthy, reliable, kind, fun, creative, professional, articulate, intelligent, courteous, multitasking, problem solving master, this is your woman! I have six children at home (ages 1, 2, 5, 7, 17, 17). There really isn't anything Jen isn't prepared for. I've been a mom for a long time and for years I was afraid to leave my kids with a sitter. Jen puts all those worries to rest. She is the most capable and competent sitter I have ever used. She is so knowledgeable and gives great recommendations to make your life with multiple children easier. You can trust her to show up on time and do everything she can to help you. She is perfect for daily help with the kids, running errands, organizing and overnights. What I love most about her is that she is kind, patient, firm with rules and loving all at the same time. Jen was experienced and immediately connected with us and our toddler. We felt confident leaving our toddler in her hands and were able to enjoy a date night. It was apparent to us that Jen could be professional and warm in any family care setting.

Jen worked for us as an emergency, short notice caregiver for almost a month when our full-time nanny was on medical leave.  Much to our delight, Jen was as wonderful as her references had indicated, and was a true lifesaver for our family!  From the very beginning we adored Jen- she has a natural likability and is a consummate professional.  At our initial meeting our son (normally shy with new people) took to her immediately, never showing any hint of hesitation. We were so impressed with Jennifer during our interview with her.  From the moment she walked in Jennifer was so warm and we felt like we had known her for years. Our 11 month old son instantly liked her which is very rare that he warms up to someone so quickly.   Jennifer got on the floor and played with him and we could tell they are going to get along wonderfully.   We will definitely be using Jennifer in the near future.

I am so glad to have found Jen.  She does a fabulous job with my 8 y/o son, who is nonverbal and not yet toilet-trained.  I know he is in capable, compassionate hands when I leave him with her.
