Hello! My name is Jem. I have dedicated more than 20 years to working with children. My academic experience as a teacher, mother, and babysitter has allowed me to bring out the best in every child, encouraging their potential, self-control, and discipline in each activity they do. I am a trustworthy person who provides safe, loving, and enriching care. I communicate with parents through text messages to keep them updated about their children. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, educational activities, and interacting with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I feel comfortable caring for one child and I am available to help with light household tasks. In addition to being a Spanish teacher and counselor, I am CPR-certified and trained in Positive Parenting, which is very helpful for families. I speak both English and Spanish.
