We hired Jemma as a part time nanny for our 1-year old son, J and she has been great! Our boy had a really rough transition when we moved to Redlands. Jemma has been instrumental in getting him adjusted to our new life here by putting him on a consistent and healthy schedule. J is happy and content when we take over at the end of the day because Jemma gives him a lot of personal attention and interaction. You can tell that she truly cares about him. Unlike others we have hired, she's never on her phone and does not use the TV to babysit. Instead, she makes sure to engage him in play and different activities. She is patient with him when he gets crabby and has a calm energy that helps during stressful times. She has always been super understanding of any difficulties in our situation and is incredibly accommodating. Jemma is a truly kind and honest individual and would recommend her to any family!
