I hired her recently and she told me that she doesn't have any experience at all in being a nanny/caregiver which is the truth. So, disregard that her profile states 1 year of experience because that's not true. I had an appointment that lasted less than 1 hour but I told her that I would pay her for 2 hours just to be nice. So, I paid her $30 ($15 x 2 hours) because she doesn't have any experience and it was a quick and easy job because all she had to do was sit in the waiting area with my child for less than 30 minutes while my child stayed in her stroller and watched her videos on her phone yet somehow she wanted me to pay her $50 for one hour which is waaay more pay than a lot of the nannies with years of experience! She also had limitations and stipulations on driving 18-30 minutes away to meet me at an appointment just that 1 time.
