Making a difference in the lives of seniors is my passion. For the past five years, I've had the privilege of providing comprehensive care to adults and seniors, always prioritizing their well-being and independence. As a college graduate, I am committed to serving our wiser generation by cooking, taking walks, and sharing interesting stories to bring joy to my companions. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. I provide verbal updates during visits and follow the family's preferred communication method. I am skilled in respite care, transportation, hospice services, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity.
