I'm a passionate educator with a background in tutoring and academic support. I currently work full-time as a high school teacher, where I teach in science courses such as biology, medical interventions, and AP Environmental Science. I hold a degree in physiology and neurobiology and a master's in curriculum and instruction. I make sure to break down complex topics in ways that are clear and engaging in all my lessons/sessions. I've worked with students across a range of grade levels and learning styles, and I'm committed to helping each learner build both confidence and mastery. Whether a student needs support with test prep, subject-specific content, study skills, or homework help, I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. Lastly, I bring patience, consistency, and a strong ability to connect with students. I love seeing those "lightbulb" moments and helping learners develop their academic skills.
