About Jean

Jean was an incredible caregiver for our mother. She stayed five days a week. She was always punctual, conscious, caring and a great communicator. I always felt completely at ease with my mother’s care. Mother has dementia as well as some complicated medical issues requiring lots of scheduled medications daily. None of this was ever an issue. We have had experiences with other caregivers requiring lots of “handholding”/texts throughout the day over minor issues and this was not the case with Jean. I actually felt like I got a real break from caregiving as she only communicated when truly necessary. The only reason we will not continue to use Jean to care for our mother is that we have made the difficult decision to move her to a memory care facility. I will also add that our mother tends to be slow to warm up to new people and she liked Jean almost immediately and continued to be happy and at ease. I strongly recommend Jean for any caregiving situations and will always feel we were blessed to have her as long as we did!
