About Jeannine

My tutoring career began before I graduated from Taylor University. My experience was mainly with grade school children, but in the last 15 years, my clients have included Jr. High students as well. My goal is to work within each student's learning style and strengths in order to stretch their ability to learn. I often incorporate learning games and manipulative objects in my lessons to create interest. One of my former students started by knowing five letter sounds in the second grade and her persistence was rewarded when she made the honor roll in fifth grade
