Jeanne Annette was warm and personable, and she connected well with my grandparents during the training and two shifts she worked. Shortly after starting, she asked to change her schedule from what we'd originally agreed to and advertised, due to needing to care for her grandson. We weren't able to accommodate the change, and she gave notice that she'd be leaving the position, which required us to quickly train and hire a replacement caregiver. I'd recommend her for shorter-term or more flexible arrangements, as her personality and caregiving skills were excellent, but families looking for reliable long-term coverage should be aware that the schedule didn't hold past the first couple of shifts.
