Jeanne has accompanied our 8 year old at school for this past school year as his aide in a private school. Not only has she been 100% reliable and communicative, always there on time or early, but also extremely professional, kind, and effective in the way she has handled our son’s often challenging behaviors. I can tell that she loves him and truly wants what is best for him. She cheerfully adapted with little direction, as we and the school were figuring out her role. Am so grateful for her!
