Jean has been a God send to us. My partner has been a difficult patient, not very trusting or amenable to several prior caregivers we have tried. Jean established an immediate rapport with her outgoing personality and sense of humor and they were like BFFs from the outset. Jean has been extremely flexible, juggling her schedule when necessary and willing to assist in practically anyway, suggesting alternatives and trying new approaches. And when my partner had to be first hospitalized, then transitioned to a SNF, and now into an assisted-living home, she has been willing to juggle her schedule and continue to assist in the transitions every step of the way rather than immediately searching for another patent to care for. She will be missed.
