She treats him with genuine love while also helping him learn and grow every day. He absolutely loves Jean calls her nana. She is very fun and caring, and she genuinely will treat your child as if he or she were her own child/grandchild. Beyond her wonderful care for our son, Jean goes above and beyond to support our household. She helps with dishes, laundry, and keeping our home tidy without ever needing to be asked, which has made such a difference for us as busy parents. Her reliability, warmth, and initiative are rare qualities, and we trust her completely. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Jean as their nanny. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
