About Jeanine

How can I possibly put into words what it meant to me and my family to have had Jeanine as a key member of my mom's care team in the last 3 years of her life? It feels so insufficient to talk about what an excellent caregiver she was, what a kind and supportive person she is, and the absolute ray of light that she brought to a very sad and heavy situation. She was all the things you wish for--professional, compassionate, reliable, unflappable, kind, adaptable, warm, competent, trustworthy--and then some. From the beginning, where she so deftly assisted my mom with each new loss of independence, through the end when mom required difficult medical support including a tube and oxygen, Jeanine always treated her like a cherished friend. She was always looking out for my mom, bringing us ideas about how we could make her more comfortable and better situated. She is a great communicator and roped us all in so that non of us ever had any doubt about where mom stood. She has a big and bright personality, and her energy is absolutely infectious in the very best possible way. Any family would be lucky to have her help them with their loved one. I could go on for pages (and am happy to field a call from a prospective employer), but I'll just end it with this: it is with enthusiasm and without reservation that I recommend Jeanine as a caregiver in any capacity.
