After texting she asked me if 10am was ok and I responded that was perfect. Then she texted me the morning of the job and she asked to change the time. I txtd her back several times and she never responded to me. I called her and she didn't answer 
either. I spent all morning waiting around for her to respond and to see if she would show up and she never did. THE WORST CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION SKILLS EVER. Super entitled attitude.

Jeanie arrived early and ready to work at my home after scheduling her for a deep cleaning. Her rates are fair and she is flexible when it comes to discussing priorities for that day. I provided very little direction and I was pleasantly surprised at her work at the end of her shift. She was very kind to my dog who is a boxer; she gave him the occasional pet and attention! I will definitely be asking for her services again!
