Hired Jeania on 11/19/2018 for a weekend position. Due to her schedule we set up for a 12/01 start date. Confirmed start state the next day and that the position was accepted. Received a text at 3:45pm on 11/29 (less than 48 hours before her requested start date) stating she would no longer be accepting the position due to an emergency.
