She did not do the job that was asked. I have a rental and I needed her to flip the house. When I arrived to meet up with a contractor I saw the job she did. She claimed to have made the beds only to find the covers pulled up in disarray. I found a bunch of pillow covers laying on the basement floor under the stairs that never got washed. The room's didn't look like they were vacuumed. As a rental host I value the way the house looks to my guest. I would have been very upset walking into the house the way it was if I had rented it. She compromised my business which I found to be a neglect on her part of the job. I'm very fair and if she would have called to let me know she wasn't capable to do some of the work I would have worked with her to figure it out, but she said nothing. I feel like I was had after I payed her upon completion of the job, only to find out once I saw the house what type of job she claims to be suffice.
