About Jeanette

I started my career in healthcare as a Medic in the US Air Force.. I continued my education as an Emergency Medical Technician working as a Firefighter and EMT. I have experience working on an ambulance as well as in a Trauma 1 Emergency room in Denver, CO. I earned my Licensed Practical Nurse certification through Denver Community College. I went on to become an EMT and CPR instructor for Aurora Community College in CO. I have worked in many hospital settings including clinics, nursing units, OB-Gyn and ER's. I have worked for a Home Health Agency for over two years and I have my Home Health Aid certification. I have experience working with Dementia, ALS, Hospice Alzheimer's , and post-op patients . My years of experience working with individuals who are physically and / or mentally challenged has given me the ability to anticipate, adapt and plan ahead what steps need to be taken for that person's needs and comfort to be met. All certifications can be produced upon request.
