Hello! I have had a passion for working to help children for many years! My work has included helping as a teacher's aid in different schools in Kansas and Colorado in my younger years. After I , with my husband and our two children , relocated to Northeast Oklahoma , I studied to better help children with special education needs . I enjoyed teaching in a local private school. After four to five years of one on one tutoring experience, I now tutor in my home. I specialize in Reading and spelling skills and have been helping out with Math as well. I would be open to other subjects where needed . I focus on individual needs, tailored to each child personally. My work has been focused on elementary grades. I love children and would love to visit with you about how I can help your child!

My kids, ages 8 and 6, have been seeing Jeanette for tutoring in math and reading/phonics/writing for almost a year now. We absolutely love her! She has a very sweet and calm way with them and her knowledge and ability to teach children is just incredible. I myself have even gained a better understanding and appreciation for building a solid foundation for your children in these areas before advancing them into higher levels of education. With that said, she is amazing at helping children who are behind or may just need some reinforcement and encouragement in a certain area. She so good at recognizing things I as a parent did not even realize and gives sound advice but always listens. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She has truly been a gift to our homeschool. Highly recommend.
