With a lifelong passion for childcare, I began babysitting at age 12 and have since raised two adult children and a 12-year-old son who also has recent childcare experience. My background includes experience as a live-in nanny and managing properties as a realtor, which has given me patience, flexibility, and a nurturing spirit. I'm comfortable caring for 1-4 children and excel at engaging them with outdoor games, park adventures, board games, and educational activities. I'm also happy to assist with meal prep, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I maintain open communication with parents and am comfortable enforcing household rules. My communication style is positive reinforcement using the positive parenting model. Plus, I have a safe, reliable SUV for transportation and hold current CPR training.
