I am fully prepared to assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, shopping, medical management, and transportation. I hold current CPR Training and First Aid certifications. When challenges arise, I excel at de-escalating stressful situations and adapting to changing routines. I am happy to provide updates via your preferred communication method, whether that is a phone call or a text.
