My past work experience includes working in memory care settings as an Activities Director for 5 years. More recently I worked in a health and wellness center as a program coordinator for people with physical disabilities or those recovering from injuries. I assessed and coordinated their workout needs as well as provided supervision and assistance during those workouts. I have a bachelors degree in Therapeutic Recreation and am especially passionate working with the senior population and people with physical disabilities. I can run some errands to. In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, long walks, yoga, strength training, reading and spoiling my 3-year-old Australian Cattle dog we rescued.
