About Jceyonna

I'd describe my personality as perserverant, nurturing, and joyous. I enjoy tutoring because I love learning, and to see how others learn. Special education typically takes an individual approach that can be challenging but equally rewarding. It's exciting to help others. I'm looking for a job that is meaningful and stable. I am hoping to become apart of someone's care team. I started tutoring when I was in highschool and I began helping adults with independent living skills in 2018. In my spare time, I like to weightlift, cook, throw elaborate parties, volunteer with the kittens at Marin Humane, walk my dog, spend time with my family, and travel. One thing you should know about me is I work hard. My skills include patience, alternative communications (verbal/non verbal communication skills), De- escalation techniques. I have a background in Applied Behavioral Analysis.
