11 years have passed since I began my journey as a caregiver. My passion in supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, and I am driven to make a positive impact on their lives while supporting their families. I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is paramount to me. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with grace. I am experienced in providing transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and facilitating physical activity. I am also comfortable assisting with dementia and medical management. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
