About Jazmin

I've been working with kids since 2021, starting as a paraprofessional in a special education classroom. Since then, I've supported students from kindergarten through high school, gaining experience with a wide range of developmental needs. Currently, I work at an employee childcare center for an elementary school district, caring for children from infancy to age five. I'm passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where kids feel seen and supported. I use age-appropriate communication, active listening, and play to build strong connections. My approach is rooted in patience and positive guidance to help children grow emotionally and confidently. Whether helping with routines, learning, or transitions, I strive to meet each child where they are and support them in a way that feels respectful and nurturing.
