About Jazmine

I am an experienced caregiver of over 10 years, with around 4 of those years being paid jobs. I have extensive experience in childcare from infancy to teenage hood, have worked as a home health aid and received BLS and CPR training, have first aid experience, extensive experience with severe allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, learning differences, and behavioral challenges. I have worked in special education classes, in-home care, and pet care. I specialize in working with children who have ADHD, autism, or both. My care style is rooted in empathy, compassion, understanding, communication, and conflict resolution for the goal of de-escalation. I have experience dealing with serious medical conditions such as, but not limited to, infants with jaundice or who are born coombs positive, asthma, severe anaphylactic allergies, seizures, type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and developmental delays.
