As a devoted mother of two children, ages 11 and 6, I've spent over a decade developing the patience, compassion, and understanding it takes to nurture and guide young minds. While my childcare experience has come through parenting rather than a professional setting, I've learned firsthand what it means to balance structure with kindness, set healthy boundaries, and create an environment where children feel loved, supported, and safe. Through my years as a parent, I've developed strong skills in communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and emotional guidance. I've learned how to meet children where they are--whether that means offering a listening ear, helping them navigate big feelings, or encouraging them to explore and learn through play. I believe every child deserves attention, respect, and a sense of belonging, and I strive to bring that mindset into every interaction.
