About Jazmin

My passion for elder care began in childhood, inspired by my grandmother's work at a senior center my entire life. For six years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care and peace of mind to families. I build connections on trust and provide regular updates through daily reports, phone calls, and texts. I am patient, calm, and approachable, and I have experience as an Activity Assistant in memory care, planning engaging activities for residents. I also have experience with paraplegics, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis and Down syndrome. I'm skilled in transportation, errands, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, using lifts and hoyers, wound care and providing 1:1 companionship . My goal is to enhance the lives of those I care for and provide reassurance to their families, and I hope to bring that same level of dedication to your family.
