I bring over 5 years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids. I have a strong background in child development and have completed various child care and early education courses, including training in the Montessori approach. For three years, I worked with LAUSD as an after-school program coach and supervisor, supporting children ages 5-10 with structured activities, homework help, and social development. I'm now in my second year as a lead preschool teacher, working with children ages 2-4, and I also have experience in infant care. I'm skilled in managing multiple children at once, creating engaging and age-appropriate activities, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment.
