About Jay

Hi! I'm Jay. I currently work in a private school's afterschool program and am looking to transition into a more one-on-one role. I'm open to both part-time positions and the right full-time opportunity. I have hands-on experience working with children in structured and supportive environments, including children on the autism spectrum, non-verbal children, and those with behavioral or emotional needs. I'm comfortable supporting multiple children at once and focus on routines, regulation, and creating a calm, safe space. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping and simple meal prep as part of supporting the household. I value clear communication, consistency, and reliability, and I'd love the opportunity to connect and see if I'd be a good fit for your family.
